Am I glad to discover that the piggery's favorite Frankie's New York Buffalo Wings is actually a homegrown brand which began in 2012 and was inspired by the history of Buffalo wings in New York City established by American-Italian couple Frankie and Teressa Belissimo. Thus the name Frankie's.
Consistency in quality of the wings served is probably one of the reasons why the brand Frankie's has become the benchmark for the best wings ever this side of the metro.
Succulent, flavorful , uniformly sized wings are just some of the reasons I tick off in my invisible list of must haves when it comes that perfect specific part of the chicken.
My very personal favorite is the Garlic Parmesan variant and I feel my stomach growl just imagining biting into one again. The kids or the "piggery" as we fondly call them love the salted egg kind.
