East Ocean Palace

Attended a Chinese New Year Celebration here with the handsome hubby last January. It was our first time to visit East Ocean Palace  and my first impression was how amazing the number of private function rooms they have.

There were 13 courses in the Chinese Lauriat. My apologies for the poor photos. It really is quite difficult to take good photographs in an event  where you are a guest. All pictures were taken on the sly. I took as much as I can without being obvious. That is why were missing photos above. Such is the foodie life.

Overall, the crab, grouper, scallops were amazingly succulent, fresh and clearly of premium quality. The suckling pig had outstanding crackling while the flesh was really tender.

Yes, it was a bit pricey based on the zomato app average price per person but it was worth every centavo.

Would love to return soon with the piggery.
