Five culinary graduates got together for the very first MEATSUMO PREMIUM franchise.
Meatsumo Premium Panay opened eve of Chinese New Year and is the 5th branch of a homegrown brand which began in UST some 12 moons back
Last week, we tried their regular samgyup at P549 which included 6 kinds of beef (bulgogi, gochuchang, spicy plain, pepper and yakiniku) , 5 kinds of pork and 23 sides which you can enjoy to your heart's content.

Chef Nathan (part owner) shares that hopefully by March or earlier Meatsumo Premium will offer diners their higher tier option which will include angus wagyu, salmon belly, kurobota. Ala carte which you can add to your Samgyup is an option that will be coming out soon as well. Watch out for it.
