Joel Herher, a butcher from Texas Roadhouse was recently named 2019 Philippine National Meat Cutter Champion. He will be competing with the world's greatest Meat Cutters in Taipei this month.
A meat cutter at Texas Roadhouse for more than a decade, Herher knows that every great steak starts with a good meat grade and the perfect cut.
Herher's 10 year journey to where he is now was a result of hardwork and patience. His exemplary skill, confidence and attention to detail can be credited to his decade old experience at Texas Roadhouse.
At Texas Roadhouse, steaks are legendary because of the meticulously defined hand-cut steaks that are all grilled to perfection per every guest's preference. Sirloin for instance are impeccably cut into 6 oz, 12 oz and 11 oz while Bone-in-Rib-eye steaks are at 22 oz. in accordance with the specific requirements of Texas Roadhouse Grill all over the world.
No wonder, their steaks are delicious. The piggery and most specially the father-in-law love the steak at Texas Roadhouse. My carnivorous boys are thrilled to see the beautiful slices of meat upon entering the restaurant. Ft Worth Ribeye medium rare is their favorite.
" Im proud to be the country's delegate to Taipei next month. The main goal of course is to put the country's map in the meat cutting category " - Joel Herher
Congratulations to our Pinoy brother. Let us all pray that he brings home the trophy.
