It is not only the start of the year but the beginning of a new decade. Therefore we need all the luck we can get to have a prosperous and auspicious start to a new chapter.
Let Brotzeit lead you to good fortune and happy stomach with their Brotzeit Prosperity Platter P3800.
It is a feast that is a sight to behold with a humongous chopping board loaded with Crisp Pork Knuckle, Grilled Pork Chop, Baked Salmon Strudel, Sausages with a side of Bacon Onion Pies and Roasted Potatoes served with Black Truffle Sauce and Orange Vinaigrette. The whole caboodle can feed 6 to 8 huge appetites! Pair that spread with liters of fresh beer and you my man are on your way to food heaven.
However if the above platter is too big a serving for you, you can order each one ala carte.
For example...
Salmon Spinach Strudel P690
Marinated Norwegian Salmon baked in phyllo served with garden salad and sour cream dressing
Perfect for titas who lunch and who's counting calories. Salmon Spinach Strudel is filling yet light so ladies can enjoy their lunch sans the guilt.
Bacon Onion Pie P350
Smoked Bacon and onion baked in a flaky shortbread crust with garden salad.
A second option for ladies who watch what they eat, this dish is scrumptious and addicting. I would not mind ordering this again on my next visit
Check out Brotzeit's menu to order the other items on the Prosperity Platter ala carte.
In the meantime, you can try the new items on Brotzeit's menu..
Wild Mushroom Maultaschen P450

Sausage and Shrimp Dumpling P420
Baked dumpling stuffed with sausages, shrimp, pineapple served with spicy garlic mustard sauce
Pulled Pork Croquette P190
Crisp bavarian Pulled Pork served with a spicy garlic mustard sauce
Chicken Supreme P490
Served on bell pepper and potatoes casserole with charred red bell pepper fondue
Grilled Pork Chop P690
Oven roasted and served with onion bacon pie and mandarin orange vinaigrette
Overall, delightful food paired with fresh beer, cheerful service, great location, value for money. What's not to love? Brotzeit remains the family's go to place for delicious beer and good chows.
Do try their new items. That Wild Mushroom Maultashen Pasta P450 was an instant favorite. Enjoyed the portobello, porcini, shitake mushroom stuffed into that pocket pasta. The Sausage & Shrimp Dumpling was scrumptious too albeit a bit expensive for just 4 pieces
The Chicken Supreme was juicy and moist despite the fact that they served breast instead of my favorite thigh and leg. That bell pepper fondue was delicious.
Definitely returning with the handsome hubby and piggery in tow to enjoy that Prosperity Platter. For a little over P600 per person for our family of 6, that is value for money right there.
