Discovered Silantro for the first time via my son some moons back during his birthday
A couple of weeks ago with like minded friends we tried other items in their menu at their Glorietta branch.
It came as no surprise that this new branch at the Top of the Glo is packing it in too similar to its first abode in Pasig.

The Filipino Paella satisfied with its Pinoy flavors and generous seafood ingredients. Do try to eat it with tortilla wrapper
Silantro's Cheese Quesadilla is a study in what cheese quesadilla should be ie more cheese than necessary which I loved. I have to mention that I enjoyed their fries too. I like them soggy inside while crunchy outside.
Overall popular prices, flavorful and straightforward food, fast service , good location. What's not to love?
