Got first dibs on Panda Express favorites a couple of days before its Grand Opening last December 12.
Remembered Panda Express from our travel in California some years back with the whole family. I recall craving for Asian food having indulged in American , Italian, Mexican cuisine with the relatives several days into our trip.
Panda Express was a breath of fresh air after a deluge of Western and Latin American cuisines. That Orange Chicken was really yum and addicting.
Fast forward 3 days ago, everyone who had tasted Panda Express from their travels were excited that the brand has finally landed in our shores thanks to Pinoy Global brand Jollibee Foods Corporation.
Here are the all time favorite Panda Express dishes that we tried...
Plate 2 Entrees 1 side P245
Kung Pao Chicken
Asia Grilled Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and rice
There were 11 entree choices that included the all time favorite Orange Chicken along with String Bean Chicken Breast, Kung Pao Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, Beijing Beef, Broccoli Beef, Shanghai Steak, Savory Shrimp, Asian Grilled Chicken, Eggplant Tofu, and Black Pepper Chicken.
So far my favorites among those that were served were Orange Chicken which were really addicting, Eggplant Tofu , Asian Grilled Chicken which were succulent and the Chow Mien which became more delicious with the inclusion of the Asian Grilled Chicken Sauce.
I loved that one has the option to choose from among 3 sizes depending one one's appetite- Bowl starts at P195 (1 entree and 1 side). Plate starts at P245 (2 entrees and 1 side) and Bigger Plate P295 upwards ( 3 entrees and 1 side).
They even have a Kid's Meal Option which includes jr. entree, jr. side, 12 oz drink and dessert.
Check out their Family Feast too For P1200 upwards you can have 3 entrees and 2 sides which can satisfy 4-5 people.
Perfect location, generous servings, value for money, top notch service. What's not to love?
Visit Panda's Express now at the Upper Ground floor of SM Megamall just across Almon Marina and Penshoppe.
See you there!
