So now we know that Fridays is well, a millenial! Celebrating 25 years of serving good food, @tgifridaysph launches a new set of menu to mark its quarter of a century existence plus a GIVEAWAY too!
But first the food...
Prime Ribeye Steak P3450
16oz USDA Prime Ribeye steak, mango chipotle coleslaw , choice of truffle rice or mashed potato
Omg this dish really made me afraid. With my first mouthful, I was suddenly sure I can finish the whole darn thing if I allow myself to do it. So I had to summon every ounce of remaining resolve I had and share it to everyone. Whew ! close call
Truffle Pasta P750
smoked bacon, fennel sausage and black pasta
Looking for carbs to pair with that gorgeous steak? Here's one for you especially if you are a pasta person.
Bucket of Bones P2795
Fall off the bone signature glazed pork ribs, 8 pcs chicken wings, 2 pcs pork chops, sides of mac & cheese , garlic rice and fries can easily feed 4-5 ladies, 2-3 for men.
Ribs were tender and true to the description, fall-off-the bone. Just order bowls of rice and you get a platter that will satisfy carnivores.
Overall, a fitting way to celebrate 25 years of serving good food. My pick among the lot is the steak. Yes the price is a little hefty on the pocket. That (almost) half a kilo USDA ribeye is so tender and flavorful , you would be able to justify that price in your head in no time.
Check it out an let me know how it turns out for you.
Since the family is a regular visitor at Fridays, who knows I may see you there.
