The pronoun  in @mysouthhall,  is indicative of the  emotional invesment  Chef Josh has attached  to this latest collaboration with The Bistro Group.

Everything is personally curated by the  chef of  the Helm,  Savage and Test Kitchen fame.

Opened last October 17, My South Hall by Chef Josh Boutwood  boasts of  8  brands , 7 of  which are home grown with Juicy Fresh Bar , the lone international franchise from the roster.

My South Hall  is  a sprawling space that can seat 250 people at any one time. It is tucked in an area of  S'Maison that one   can jestingly describe "that Bistro Group Corner" seeing that   Italianni's, Bake & Cook , Red Lobster, Texas Road House are adjacent to each other along with My South Hall.

Last October 28 together with other  foodies and media representatives, we enjoyed the following...

WCKD Milk Tea
Authentic Taiwanese milk tea  flavors that are wickedly good. Although home grown, Wckd's ingredients are sourced from Taiwan the better to be true to the  particular beverage  that Taiwan is famous for.

Wckd's Pearl Milk Tea Regular  is P90, Large P100.  Tea taste is there and the pearls were a delight. I loved that the price  are affordable from a low of P90 to a high of P155.

Can not wait to try the other variants with the piggery and the handsome hubby.
