Chicken was tender and flavorful in this version of Braised Chicken by Golden Fortune.
Pork Ribs on Ice
It was a novel experience to see and taste a normally hot dish on a bed of ice. Remarkably it tasted quite delicious.

I loved that the preparation was saucy marrying well with the other 'dry' dishes like the fried pampano and the dimsum staples
Fried Pampano and Garlic
Obviously fresh , the pampano was meaty and flaky . Each mouthful was a delightful experience
