Sunday masses and lunching together after, had become a family tradition. Selection of the restaurant for the week, had become a family preoccupation.
So there we were at Gloritetta one Sunday morning at 11 am on the prowl for the cuisine of the day. Saw Nono's and decided to give it a go. I have tried Nono's chicken and waffles before with foodie friends and would love for the piggery and the handsome hubby to taste it too.
Not your usual dough, Nono's waffles tasted more like puff pastry and I love it. The piggery loved it too. Chicken were crispy outside and juicy inside and paired well with the sweet waffles.

Personally, I would highly recommend their Chicken and Waffles. Chicken were crispy outside juicy inside while the waffles were a dream seemingly made out of puff pastry ( Im guessing here). The waffles were flaky and chewy and all kinds of yummy and married well with the savory chicken.
Of course one can not go home without taking out a box of their award winning cakes and pastries. Nono's Oblivion is a must.
