MISTO AT SEDA

So  apt that the restaurant is named after the Italian word  that means "mixed" or MISTO.   The dining place serves an impressive spread of  international cuisines that astounds for the price of  only P888.

Appetizers were meticulously curated   with  a selection that included three kinds of cheese,

skewered shrimps..

mussels...

Freshly baked bread

A bite of pesto pasta

Skewer of olive, lettuce,  prosciutto and cherry tomato
  Pate and bread stick

The salad section amazed with different variants  served in small glasses  ala degustacion which I loved!

Black Quinoa Salad
Thai Pomelo Salad

Spicy Pork Salad

Couscous Salad

For those who want a bespoke salad though, dont fret because MISTO  already anticipated  your request and provided a corner where you can create your  very own perfect green plate.

Want something hot to warm your belly first? Check out  the soup section   at the end of the Mains. Yesterday , silky and mustard-colored Pumpkin Soup hit the  spot.

Craving for something else? Check out the Laksa   at the  Noodle  section. Want ramen or  wonton soup? Just tell the Chef and he will make one for you.

After that warm golden liquid, scrumptious starters that just whetted the appetite and greens to assuage any guilt,  my stomach was just about ready to  gorge on something substantial.

But first lest we forget, MISTO also has  Napoletana Pizza in their spread. Freshly made dough with extra thin airy crust made from genuine caputo flour baked on the spot  .

The aroma wafting from the Carving Section can not be ignored.   With the olfactory sense intrigued, it was time for the eyes to eat.  Think  golden  slabs of   LECHON KAWALI and  a huge chunk of  juicy-looking USDA Prime Rib with four kinds of dip.

The Mains   also beckoned with  their steamed Pampano . Think PANGAT. I highly recommend it.

You can also choose from  sauteed mussels, fried chicken, pakbet, pasta and pork liempo to name a few

There is also the Grill Section where we enjoyed  freshly grilled tuna belly, squid, chicken barbecue etc.

Baby Back Beef Ribs  were melt in your mouth and to die for.

Care for desserts? Choose from the baked kind and fruits!

Those papaya slices were sweet and succulent ! I can not stop eating them

The Cherry Cheesecake above though was beautiful as it was delectable. So good! Their dessert spread was also international with Pinoy kakanin to boot.

Overall,  carefully curated  dishes from appetizers to desserts, topnotch service, affordable price, elegant ambiance. What's not to love?

Do try the steamed pampano ala Pangat...scrumptious.  Appetizers were a joy to indulge in. If only there is an option for unlimited wine. Those cheese , olives and charcuterie were asking for it.

The melt in your mouth beef ribs  must be mentioned. Meaty and flavorful, you wont be able to help yourself with the rice.

The broth of  Misto's Laksa was worth a thumbs up  as well. Complex flavors  in a spoonful....delicious!

"Just like Seda BGC, this Misto outlet was designed to meet the surging demand for premium facilities in this rapily growing business district", Andrea Mastellone , senior group general manager.

Misto can now accommodate 220 guests ( or over six times than its original) .

Misto Lunch Buffet at P888? Definitely value for money.

Do check them out and let me know how it turns out for you.

Seda BGC is located at  30th cor 11th avenue BGC.
