It is actually a 2 in 1 restaurant where you get to choose between Shaburi ( shabu shabu) or Yakiniku/Kintan
If you opt for Kintan, here’s what you need to do…
Regular Buffet on weekdays P649 (child P355)
- 90 minutes
- 12 items
- 3 choices of dipping sauce – negiri minchi, garlic butter or cheese curry
Premium Kintan P1449 (child P800)
Special Wagyu P1899 (child P800)
What we did was choose the Kintan Buffet P849 . Kintan Buffet actually only has 7 kinds of meat with others in varying marinades thus a total of 21 kinds.
The meat selection is more than enough even for hard core carnivores.
We ordered Wagyu a la carte just to try it. We felt we can not do justice to the Premium Wagyu Buffet anyway which was more than twice the price tag of Kintan Buffet.
I suggest you ignore the UNLI SIDES in the buffet spread. Otherwise you wont have room for all the proteins that are yours for the taking .
It will be difficult though because the Gyudon and chicken curry alone are really scrumptious. Wish there was an option for just the SIDE BUFFET hehe.
By the way beverages are also unli with your P849. Enjoy bottomless coffee, tea or juices in the drink bar. Knock yourself out with the all you can eat Salad & “banchan”. But like I said, it is some sort of a “trap” designed to fill you up so that you eat less of the meat hehe.
For me, it is really value for money. Note however , there is only ONE CHOICE of buffet per table. So discuss and agree beforehand which among the buffet selections would be the group’s choice.
If it is your first time you can try the entry level which is only P649, a sneak peek if you will without making too much of a dent in your pocket.
Do remember there is a 90 minute and no leftover/ no sharing caveat.
Tips:
- Stay away from the Unli Salad/drinks/banchan/dessert bar which is part of the buffet at least until you’ve sated your appetite for the meat
- do try the kintan rice
- If you just want to try the wagyu, just order ala carte instead of opting for the Premium Wagyu Buffet. That way you save a lot. Unless of course you just want to focus on Wagyu. In which case,go for it then.
- Weekend buffets are more expensive
For the ladies on a perpetual diet like moi, you can try their PLATE SET MENU. Talk about portion and budget control. Just order TWO PLATES from your preferred Buffet course.

Verdict?
This foodie mom of 4 kids aka “the piggery” is more than happy with Shaburi & Kintan Buffet.
I think I found just the perfect place for the humongous appetite of our carnivorous piggery haha
