Together with some select foodies, we hied off to Evia Lifestyle Center in Daang Hari in the South to test the limits of this latest exciting promo from Butcher & Sons.
Check out the USDA Boned In Ribeye and the surf and turf above. You can indulge your inner carnivore monster and consume as many orders as you like within the two hour period prescribed

Love oysters? You will adore Butcher & Sons' fat, plump, succulent and fresh Japanese bivalve mollusks.
Gambas were amazing too. Prawns were large and cooked perfectly
Per Chef Jomar, Butcher & Sons' salmon are flown in from Norway.
Have a platter of Crabs Thermidore, Grilled Prawn garnished with tapenade, scallops in corn puree or in herbed sauce.
Overall, this is not your usual buffet. There is a spread on the side for your salads, soups and hot items. But the stars of the show are in the menu which you order a la carte and to your heart's content within 2 hours from your first order.
I suggest you order the oysters, scallops, prawns for starters . Then graduate to the different type of steaks available. You can order them according to your preferred doneness. But would advise you have it done medium rare.
Do not forget to order the lobsters, truffle risotto, iberico pork.
You can order wine on the side but with additional fee.
The price tag P1988 + looks hefty at first glance but considering the quality of the steaks, oysters, lobsters and how you can satisfy your craving within two hours, this is value for money.
I would gladly travel to far away Evia Lifestyle for this most definitely.
