It took 2nd son to purchase a couple for me to finally try Mo's cookies.
It has been weeks of really wanting to taste these yummy-looking baked temptations. After all, they were just there for everyone to see and drool over in an open kiosk-like space at the ground floor near Nespresso.
But despite our desire to try those delicious creations, somehow or the other we always forget to do so. Until today.
2nd son took matters into his own hands and sneaked out of Din Tai Fung where we were waiting for lunch to be served.
Not too long after, he came back with these 2 generic looking white paper bags which I did not even notice until he pulled out what's inside.
Omg , Mo's.Well hello there Walnut Oatmeal Cookie and Dark Chocolate Oatmeal
I tried the walnut variant first . The smell of cinnamon is pretty strong. But after my first bite, it did not bother me anymore. The cookie was huge and dense in my hand. It was chewy which I liked and flavorful. I loved that it had that fresh from the oven and home-made mouth feel.
At P145 each, it was well worth it. Premium ingredients obviously used just like how a mom would make it for her brood. Hmm Mo's is inspiring me to put on my baking hat again
Check them out and let me know what you think.
Mo's Cookies is part of The Moment Group which has in its roster notable brands such as 8 cuts, Manam, Ooma, Din Tai Fung, Shaw Wama, The Mess Hall, Mecha Uma, Manam Express, Phat Pho, to name a few.
PS
Apologies for the photo, there simply was no time to take a decent one. Not when the piggery were breathing down your neck , impatient to have a go at Mo's cookies haha
