Are you ready for Friday's newest platter?
Check out SOUTHERN PLATTER. Share a huge plate of country ribs, cajun chicken, grilled Andouville with sides of mac & cheese, mango chipotle, coleslaw , smashed potatoes and grilled baguette for P1950
From the sides to the mains, Southern Platter did not disappoint. The cajun chicken was flavorful, the melt-in-your-mouth country ribs were amazing, the sausage links or Andouville were scrumptious. I loved the mango chipotle , coleslaw and smashed potatoes. I almost forgot there were grilled baguette for carbs. The proteins were the stars of the show.
Love burgers? You will love Friday's Hangover Burger P595. Visualize beef patty, fried egg, caramelized onions, mayonnaise, American Cheese, bacon, brioche bun, and crispy seasoned fries.
The beef patty was juicy and beefy . The caramelized onions were sweet and almost fruity. My friend thought it was marmalade. Bacon provided the texture with its crispiness. Brioche bun was fluffy and tasted freshly baked. The fried egg gave the dish its creaminess contrasting beautifully with the crunchy and sinful bacon
It is really no surprise that this burger variant will taste this good. If there is anything me and my family learned from dining at Fridays for years (!), is that consistency is their mantra.
Did you know...?
