Its been awhile since my last Bulgogi Brothers visit and was looking forward to checking out their meat selections.
Rib eye , pork belly, Gwangyang style Bulgogi

That USDA Beef was cooked a perfect medium rare and was rich and flavorful. It went well the plain steamed rice and condiments which included soy, sesame oil and gochujang ( a red chili paste that contains glunitous rice, ferment soybeans , salt and sometimes sweeteners.
Overall, a good dining experience that is worth another visit to try the other items in the menu. It veers away from the eat-all-you-can Korean fare that seems de rigueur nowadays.
You may initially find it pricey at first go having been used to the unli fare that is synonymous with K-BBQ.
But if you have had your feel of the quantity over quality , I highly recommend you try this one.
Meat served are really premium. You can tell from the color, smell and texture of the protein.
