Enjoyed the latest flavors from Maisen Shang at the Fort last Friday with select foodies.
To top it all we got to taste several variants of gin & tonic via Mr. Nino Cruz, Brand Ambassador of Bacardi
It is no secret that as early as Maisen Shang at the Fort's opening last November 2017, the very first bar concept of the restaurant had been alive and kicking at the onset.
This time around with the collab with Bombay Sapphire, expect 3 variants of the drink to refresh you with their very timely fruity and herby gin & tonic.
Thoroughly enjoyed both the Basil & Cucumber and Lychee and Orange variant. I am leaning more towards the Basil drink rather than the second one though
It is a joy watching Mr. Nino doing his thing and creating such refreshing drinks while munching on bar chows such as edamame and gyoza

Among the 3 newest dishes, what stood out for me was their Aburi Cheese katsuni. Nothing beats the smell of torched cheese.
The new creations of Maisen were all scrumptious. A favorite of course is their Aburi. The hamburg and Katsu Doria are a must try as well.
Definitely returning with the piggery in tow.
Maisen is located at the Shangrila at The Fort garden side.
