Last February 28, Tim Horton's  celebrated its 2nd year in the country by hosting a grand party with its theme "DOUBLE, DOUBLE:TIM HORTONS TURNS TWO".

History

Tim Horton's celebrated its 2nd year anniversary in the Philippines last February 28.

In 2016 with just 14 corporate employees and 12 restaurant staff that had undergone training in  Canada, Mr. William Tieng (Chairman of Tim Horton's Philippines) and Rickie yap (President and CEO of TH Philippines) brought Tim Hortons to the Philippines.

The very first TH restaurant opened at the Uptown Mall in BGC Taguig in Feb 28, 2017

From 26 employees initially, TH currently has 500 employees and 27 restaurants nationwide.

Tim Hortons Turns Two

During the awesome celebration, guests were able to taste what the brand will be offering in the coming summer months ...

• Tuna melt -artisan style grilled cheese with melted cheddar cheese, tomato, onion slices and tuna chunks
• Fizz coolers - soda based cooler flavored with refreshing fruits, in three flavors - strawberry fizz, green pear and Apple  Fizz, Grapefruit Lychee Fizz
• Teajitos - Black tea flavored with fruits and mint in three flavors - Peach Garden Teajito, Passion Fruit Teajito and Green Apple Teajito
• Non-coffee Ice Capp - non coffee frozen blended beverages in three flavors - strawberry shortcake, caramel hazelnut and cookies and cream

Tim Hortons 2nd anniversary party was held at the Marquis Events BGC. Simultaneously, it opened its 27th store at the ground floor of Three ECom Centre Bayshore Avenue Mall of Asia Complex Pasay City three days before two year milestone.
