MEDLEY MODERN

Greek and Mediterranean food had always been a favorite. There is something about crisp greens, olives and feta cheese which appeals to my inner health foodie. Coupled with seared tuna , chicken, pork, beef or lamb for protein, it is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.

I can imagine my body rejoicing as it receives the nutritious elements and my palate dancing with joy as the different flavors and textures amalgamate to create a well balanced and flavorful sustenance to the one and only vessel we call our body.

Medley

Indeed it was a medley and explosion of hues and flavors as we were introduced to the food that Medley Modern Mediterranean had in store for us yesterday.
