P195 for a lunch meal in a restaurant in Bonifacio High Street? This is almost unheard of in this area. The quality of the pares was good for its price. Definitely value for money

The salmon was grilled perfectly. I love salmon head. I can eat this everyday. Be sure to eat the eyes. They are really scrumptious and melt-in-your-mouth. An order of this can definitely be shared by two. Just order rice.

Dinakdakan is indigenous to Ilocos thus the tagline Thursdays in the North.
The original recipe of Dinakdakan though is made up of boiled and grilled pig parts, in which ears, liver and face are the most commonly used. Friends and Family's version uses liempo.

Truly 'lutong bahay', it reminded me of the paksiw na lechon my lola from my dad's side used to cook for us eons ago when we still lived in La Huerta Paranaque. That little town is quite known for its delicious kakanin and Lauya.

Nothing brightens up the Sunday table like a sizzling plate of roast , unless there is lechon of course haha. Yes it is a bit on the pricey side, but this is roast beef people. So I think it is well justified. Why dont you try it and let me know what you think.

Friends and Family made me realize that those days of having lunch together as a family , enjoying home-cooked meal had been replaced by bonding over food at the mall.
Times had really changed. But that's not to say its bad. The key words are togetherness and family.
