Amazing to know that FRENCH BAKER is not only a home-grown Pinoy business but is more than a quarter of a century old already . Wow !
French Baker opened its first store in SM City North Edsa in 1989. It offered freshly baked European breads like croissant, baguette etc.
Its founder and owner is former professor Johnlu Koa who also owns the franchise to Chatime and the high end bakery Lartizan.
Last Friday September 14, The French Baker was one among 10 coffee and milk tea shops who joined SM City Sucat's COFFEE AND MILK TEA CRAWL
It was the 4th stop right after Orange Tea and Primiera Burgers and Milkshakes. The store was just right across Dairy Queen at the ground floor.
When it comes to the FRENCH BAKER, you do not need to hard sell me nor my family on their bread. We just love their freshly baked bread whether baguette , sour dough, croissant, danish etc
Last Friday we were served 3 variants of iced coffee and two kinds of hot. We were also served 6 kinds of bread. I had the blueberry danish. I loved the flaky puff pastry, custard and blueberry. Paired the yummy pastry with a piping hot cup of Americano. So good.
Thank you the French Baker and SM City Sucat for having us and TigaSouthKaBa for the invite.
FRENCH BAKER is located at the ground floor of SM City Sucat in San Dionisio Paranaque.
