HIGHLANDS BISTRO

It was quite a delightful afternoon admiring the beautiful interiors of  Highlands Bistro in Capitol Commons Pasig. It was my first time here and quite excited to experience their food and kind of service.

Highlands is synonymous with great steak so it didnt take much guessing to know that at least one of the food in the menu this afternoon will be their iconic carnivore staple

Highlands Bistro look like a luxurious log cabin with predominantly wood decor , a faux fireplace , high ceiling  and a humongous chandelier giving the whole space a homey and comfy vibe

The aircon was in full blast easily making one forget the sauna-like heat outside.

We met Monique HB's Marketing Manager who gave us a brief background about the restaurant. Yes
Highlands Bistro is related to Tagaytay Highlands and Highlands Steak in MOA.

Highlands Bistro in Capitol Commons though is friendlier on the pocket despite its posh mien because of its latest offering

Check out their NEW LUNCH MENU SET.  Note that it changes every week though. Lunch Set Menu are available M-F from 11am to 3 pm

SUMMARY :
I was replete. Everything tasted delicious. The LUNCH MENU gives you a scrumptious preview of how food tastes at Highlands Bistro without making too much of a dent in your pocket.People who work within the area will be glad to know what a bargain this is considering the quality of the ingredients , the presentation and how good the food is.

The steak was to die for and can be indulged in during paydays hehe. Do not forget the huge donut which at P50 each is also a good deal.

Most definitely bringing the carnivore piggery here soon :)
