Check out this easy-to-make Tuna and Pomelo Salad that is filling, satisfying and healthy
Everybody’s going out of town this summer, and of course I’m one to keep up with the trend. We all know going out of town usually means going to the beach, which means I need to get fit and fab pronto huhu
Because of this, I started a new diet. But dieting can be hard. Crash diet, of course, is a no- no!
I just find it especially difficult to stop myself from eating chocolates and sweets and red meat but just thinking about the weight I have to lose to be able to keep up with my favorite beach activities gets me worked up on dieting!
For me, the hardest part of dieting is getting used to frequently eating veggies. So I need to be creative in coming up with ways to make these healthy greens yummier.
Luckily, a good friend recommended San Marino Tuna Fillet. It’s such a healthy alternative to the meats I’m used to eating, plus it’s really delicious! It’s prime-cut which means it’s chunky, meaty, and delicious in every bite. The best thing about this is that it’s very versatile and can therefore work with different vegetable salad recipes.
My favorite is Pomelo Salad! It’s a classic Asian style salad that is so simple and uncomplicated. Anyone can do it
