It was a different PiggingOutSundays as we were entertaining my brother in law who is based in Palm Springs California.
The urge to try out something new however was still there . Thus when we saw the bright red logo of Thai BBQ, we threw caution to the winds and entered their resto
It was a two-storey set up which was formerly occupied by Tony Roma's . We were lead by the magenta-clad server to the spacious 2nd floor with gold and brown theme.
Ordered their Pad Thai P420 . Classic Thai Rice noodles with shrimps, eggs, bean sprouts stir friend in soy-sweet sauce.
Pomelo Salad P380 composed of pink chunks of sweet pomelo , cashew, and special lime sauce.
Pork Sate Dinner P580 which included 7 skewers of pork with cucumber salad and peanut sauce.
Chicken Sate Dinner P740 with seven skewers of chicken meat in special sauce
Over all an enjoyable lunch spent with the brother in law and the piggery. I found their prices a bit on the high side though.
Perhaps we will try other Thai restaurants first before we return here.
