"Brewology" - from the root word "to brew" usually related to beer or brewing beer. The suffix "logy " on the hand refers to "the study of... the rootword the suffix is attached to".
Brewology therefore is the study of brewing something not necessarily beer.
In the case of our subject restaurant , it is the study of brewing coffee.
"We chose the name "Brewology" because we showcase different
methods in brewng coffee at the cafe like the manual brews (v60 and aeropress)
for your brewed coffee, cold brew, and the traditional espresso based drinks.
Our customers can also ask us about how their
drink is prepared and what beans we offer at the moment.
Our goal is to serve good quality coffee and food at the same time
make their visit with us an interesting one.

Thinly sliced beef marinated with a sweet tapa mixture
served with Kimchi Rice and a sunny side up egg.

The Brewology Cafe is located at the 2nd floor 2 Scout Lazcano Corner Sct. Magbanua and Mother Ignacia Avenue Paligsahan Quezon City. Their operating hours are 10 am to 11 pm (Sun-Thurs) and 10 am to 12 mn (Fri-Sat)
