Cyma

Our family had been loyal customers of Cyma for years yet we still we have not tasted all the items in their menu to date. Somehow we get stuck ordering our favorites when we find ourselves in their restaurants wherever branch we land in.
For example :For appetizer or what they call Cold Mezedes we usually order the 3 dip sampler with pita bread (P550)You can save more if you get the 3 dip or 5 dip sampler. We chose :Classic Tzatziki ( yoghurt, dill,, cucumber, garlic) , - fresh on the palate. Htipiti ( creamed feta, masted spicy pepper ) - so good!Kalamate Hummus ( chickpeas, tapenade, evoo)- delish!
Or
The Acropolis Pasta ( see above) - Roast chicken, spinach , roasted peppers, Parmegiano regianno, penne P395 solo Sharing P750 Family P995. It was really wet and saucy which our bunso really liked. A full carbo-loading with fat is what you will get when you order this
For Mains :

Kreatika Meat Sampler for 2: (P1500) 2 Lamb shoulder 1 Pork chop , 4 Ground lamb balls, Pita bread, parsley salad, tzatiki, Greek chimichuri. Portions were generous. An order can feed 3-4 people. We loved everything on this plate. Every bite was juicy, tender and flavorful. SULIT!
Roka Salata (P350) - Our all tine favorite salad ! Romaine, arugula, candied walnuts, parmigiano Reggiano, greek vinaigrette, sun dried tomato. It was too sweet for me somehow. Paired it with a bit of Htipiti ( cream feta with green sili) for some salty intervention) Perfect!
Service : Good
Ambiance : Casual
Price : Be prepared to shell out upwards of P800 per person if you are ordering drinks, coffee and dessert

Summary :
Over all a great dining experience. Time enough to return and experience the other items in their menu We are pretty sure Cyma is here to stay for another decade at least
