Tim Ho Wan Glorietta

Trooped with other foodies for a foodeerun per the invitation of  Citibank and Foodee Global Concepts  yesterday.  

We were served the following :

Bean  Curd Skin with Pork and Shrimp P140
I loved this . The bean curd skin, the pork and shrimp all merged together  into this one delicious dish.   I paired this with Steamed Egg cake for contrast in texture.

This cake served as my  "palate cleanser" for want of a better word.  I know weird right . But works for me .When the food is getting too rich for my taste, I take a bite of the Steamed Egg Cake to  take a break for a bit.  Its sweetness and spongy texture is the perfect foil for dishes rich in sauce like the one above.

What's  not to like in a Michelin-starred Baked Pork Buns. It is so good, it's addicting. Good thing Citibank and  Foodee Global Concepts which own Tim Ho Wan came up with a great promo.  Just dine at Tim Ho Wan from Monday to Friday.  Use your citibank to pay your bill of  minimum  P1,000  and you get  free pork bun. It will run from Monday to Friday until September 30.

These are the perfect orders for the rainy weather. The noodle soups hit the spot for me.

All in all an enjoyable lunch.  My family and I have been visiting Tim Ho Wan since it first opened its pilot store in SM Mega and to date it is consistent in  serving quality and delicious meals in keeping with its Michelin star reputation
