Krispy Tomato Brick Oven Pizza ...4th food stop in North Food Crawl

It was my first time here in Krispy Tomato Brick Oven Pizza along Katipunan Avenue. It was just a few steps from La Carnita and we needed  all the walking we can get.

A brief respite from the 3 consecutive rib joints we enjoyed prior, we were all curious and excited to find out how  a Blueberry Ricotta Pizza will taste like. No its not that one in the picture above, silly. That's a Manhattan Pizza btw.

Here you go. Introducing Blueberry Ricotta Pizza. Tada!!

The wonderful smell of  maple syrup wafted from the pizza as it was delivered on our table.  It  looked and smelled so inviting,  you would think we wanted to get a piece of it pronto? Nope. The first order of  business was to take pictures first of this glorious creation. After a few pics from all angles and after ascertaining we were satisfied with  the images we gathered,  we proceeded  to  get a piece and enjoy each bite. It was a perfect combination of  salty and sweet with the bacon and the blue berry. The sliver of almonds provided the crunch and texture. P380 per order

We were also served buffalo wings  (P170 for 6 pcs) which were crisp and tasty. The mojos were also seasoned perfectly but were a little too thick for me.

The Manhattan pizza (P360) had italian sausage, onion, bell pepper, olive, smoked ham, onions, mushrooms, mozzarella and parmesan cheese .  It was good.

They are still in their soft opening so please bear with them as they iron out little kinks here and there.

All in all it was exciting to try something new. I love blueberry. I love ricotta. I love bacon, I love pizza. Ergo the combination of  those 4 ingredients were a hit for me.
